Across the street lies the Vancouver Art Gallery and former courthouse, where you'll learn the strange tale of Rex vs. Singh – a case no jury could agree on.

You'll continue on to Robson Square, a public space often packed with live performers and food trucks, before you make your way into the heart of Vancouver's entertainment scene on Granville Street, where you'll discover Vancouver's very earliest gay bars. You'll weave a path through Imperial Court coronations, drag kings at the Quadra, gay ministers at the United Church, Patient Zero, the GRID crisis, and visit urban oasis Nelson Park, until you find yourself in the gaybourhood on Davie Street.

The walking tour strolls the historic tree-lined West End as you discover the city's earliest Pride parade, Jim Deva Plaza, bookstore bombings, a transgender campaigner who blew the whistle on the biggest crime in Vancouver history, Vancouver’s secret gay village, and the remarkable story of two-spirited warrior Gone to the Spirits.

This 40-foot-wide (12-meter) working clock is one of the largest in the world. After stopping over at Queenston Heights, you'll have the opportunity to shop for souvenirs and learn about the famous Battle of Queenston Heights. Queenston Heights Park is the site of a War of 1812 battle, in which Sir Isaac Brock was killed. A 150-foot (50-meter) monument, perched above the Niagara Escarpment, was built in his honor.

After Queenston Heights, you'll visit the "Smallest Chapel in the World' and have 60 minutes to explore Niagara-on-the-Lake. Here, you'll have time to explore all of the wineries, brew pubs, quaint shops and boutiques that line Queen Street, the main drag of Niagara-on-the-Lake. You'll be treated as a wine connoisseur, a world class winery where you'll enjoy a complimentary wine or grape juice tasting. Feel free to purchase any wines of your choice.
