Join, Lisa, Chef Gilles and their staff to learn how to prepare an iconic Acadian dish, the Lobster Roll.

The chefs will take you through the process of removing lobster meat from its shells then properly chopping and seasoning the meat for your dish.

This 90 minute session is filled with seafood tips, history of Shediac and great food.  You will be able to eat your masterpiece at the restaurant or take it with you to consume at the beach or in the comfort of your home or cottage.

Lobster Roll Workshop Start Times:  1 PM to 2:30 PM (90 minutes), or 10 AM to 11:30 PM (90 minutes).

Arrive at Chez le Bootlegger’s, Seafood, Bar & Grill, Maison Tait House, 293 Main Street, Shediac, NB and be greeted by Lisa, Chef Gilles and their staff.

Learn everything there is to know about the New Brunswick Lobster Roll including: removing the meat from the shell and properly chopping and seasoning the meat. 

Afterwords, you'll enjoy the fruits of your labour! You'll get to eat the two lobster rolls you created.  All this served with side salades.
