The tours start at Peakes Wharf in beautiful downtown Charlottetown.  We cast lines and motor out into Charlottetown Harbour until we reach the mouth of Hillsborough Bay, then the motor is shut off and the bright-red sails are hoisted.  The history of Chinese exploration is told, especially about the great Chinese Admiral, Zheng He.  Food is served (dinner cruises).  Often, seals and other wildlife is observed in the natural wild whilst underway.  Chinese history is also told, including stories about the first Chinese immigrants to the new World.  Many props and visuals are presented and passed around.

Of particular interest is the presentation about Ma Zu, the ancient Chinese sea goddess.  A restored example is aboard Hai long, for all to admire.

During day cruises, snacks are serves.  Soft drinks are water are free, beer and wine is available at extra cost.

Narration is given in either Chinese (Mandarin), English or French, as required.
